01 Acceptance of Terms

This document ("Terms") is a binding contract. The two parties are you, "the player", and BK666, which appears below as "the platform", "we" or "us". It governs how you use the bk666-en.com website, the BK666 app and every service we run.

Acceptance isn't a separate step. The moment you register, fund the account, take a bonus or open a game, you've agreed to be bound by what's written here. Browser, app, whatever route you take in, the same rules apply to everyone.

We can revise these Terms whenever it's needed. A revised version goes live on this page and carries a fresh "Last updated" date. Keep using BK666 after that point and the new version is the one you've accepted.

02 Eligibility (18+)

Registering and playing on BK666 means you can tick off every point below:

• 18 is the floor, with no exceptions. Anyone under that age has no place on the platform, full stop.
• The law where you sit must allow online play. We don't police every jurisdiction for you, so staying on the right side of your local rules is on you.
• You're not on staff, not under contract, and not a close family member of anyone who is, whether at BK666 or any affiliated company.
• If you've already left via self-exclusion, or we've placed a restriction on you, you can't come back through a new sign-up.
• The account is for you, played by you. Acting as someone else's agent or stand-in is not allowed.

03 Account & one-account rule

One account per player, no more. Spin up extras that share a name, a payment detail, a device or an IP address and you've broken this rule; the likely result is every linked account suspended and any balance gone. New here? Start on the BK666 registration page.

What we ask at sign-up has to be true and complete: your full legal name, date of birth, email, and whatever else the form requests. Put down something false and you've breached these Terms, which can mean the account is closed on the spot.

• Keep your details current. Change of phone number or email? Update it in account settings without sitting on it.
• Before a withdrawal clears, or at any other moment we see fit, we may run identity verification (KYC). A national ID card, passport or utility bill all work.
• Opening and keeping a BK666 account costs nothing. We charge no fee, ever, to register or maintain one.
• Nobody else gets to use your account. Whatever happens under your login, the responsibility sits with you.

04 Deposits & withdrawals

The payment options here are the ones Bangladesh actually uses day to day. bKash, Nagad, Rocket and other mobile banking services are all live. Every transaction settles in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳), so there's no currency conversion to think about.

Deposits:

• ৳10 is the smallest top-up we accept. There's no fixed ceiling on a standard account, though we may set a limit ourselves where security calls for it.
• Most deposits land in your balance within seconds, as soon as your provider confirms the payment has gone through.
• We add no charge to a deposit. Your mobile wallet might, though, so it's worth checking your provider's own fees before you send.
• The money has to come from an account in your own name. Top-ups from someone else's wallet are not accepted.

Withdrawals:

• Payouts start at ৳200. Ask for anything under that and the request won't go through.
• Wherever we can, the money returns to whichever method you last deposited with. We may run a further check before it's released.
• Reckon on 1–3 business days as the standard window. In practice most cash-outs clear well inside that.
• We may ask for identity documents before any payout leaves the account. That's routine fraud prevention and anti-money-laundering work, nothing more.
• Cashing out winnings that came from a bonus depends on the wagering rules in Section 5 being met first.

05 Bonuses & promotions

New player or long-time regular, there's usually something on for you: the first deposit bonus (up to 50%), the app download reward (promo code APP), a real-time rebate, the VIP programme and the daily rewards. Each one carries its own published terms, and the general rules below sit on top of those.

• Eligibility: Conditions differ from offer to offer, whether that's a minimum deposit, a turnover threshold or a list of qualifying games. Nobody is promised every promotion, and no single reward is handed to everyone automatically.
• Wagering: Bonus money almost always has to be wagered before you can withdraw it. The multiplier is printed on the offer page itself, for instance 20x on the first deposit or as low as 1x on certain daily offers.
• Time limits: Each offer runs on a clock. Miss the deadline for clearing the wagering and the bonus, along with anything you won from it, can drop out of your account on its own.
• Game contribution: Games don't all pull the same weight towards wagering. Slots tend to count fully, while live casino and some other categories count for less or not at all. The exact split is on the offer page.
• Platform rights: We can change, pause or pull any offer at any time, and we can void bonus funds where we spot abuse.
• One-offer policy: Welcome and first-deposit style offers are once each, counted per person, per household and per set of payment details. Try to claim a second time and it's treated as bonus abuse.

06 Game rules & fair play

Every game you'll find here comes from a licensed third-party studio and runs on certified RNG. The RTP we display matches the provider's certified figure exactly; we don't quietly shave it at our end. Curious about the line-up? The BK666 game page has the detail.

• Each result comes straight from that game's certified RNG. We have no lever to pull on any single outcome, and we don't want one.
• Connection drops, a server error, a display glitch mid-round: when that happens we read the result from what the game server recorded. If no clean result exists, the bet is voided and your stake comes back.
• Know how a game works before you stake on it. The rules sit inside every game, a tap away.
• A bet placed at the wrong odds or parameters because of a software fault, a mispricing or another technical slip can be voided. We reserve that right.
• Spotting a bug and milking it for money is off limits. Do it and the account gets suspended.

07 Account security

Keeping the account safe falls to you. In practice that means a password that's strong and used nowhere else, and login details you keep to yourself.

• Your username, password and access details stay private. We will never ask for your password, not by email, not on live chat, not through any other channel.
• Think someone's got into your account? Get on live chat with BK666 support straight away so we can lock it down.
• The link between your device and the platform is protected by industry-standard SSL encryption. The security of the device itself, though, is down to you.
• Where it's offered, turn on 2FA. It's a simple extra layer worth having.
• Sit on a breach instead of reporting it and you stay on the hook for everything that follows, bets and withdrawal requests included.

08 Prohibited conduct & fraud prevention

Everything in this list is banned outright. Cross any of these lines and you risk a suspended account, a forfeited balance and, where it comes to that, a report to the authorities:

• Running more than one account, or giving someone a hand to set up a duplicate. Two accounts sharing an IP, device, name or payment detail breaks the fraud-prevention policy.
• Driving the platform with bots, scripts or any automated tool. Play it by hand, the normal way.
• Teaming up quietly with other players to tilt a game in your favour.
• Pushing money through the platform to launder it, or for any other financial crime.
• Trying to reverse-engineer, hack or otherwise knock the platform or its software off course.
• Handing over false identity details at registration or during a verification check.
• Claiming bonuses in a way that breaks the rules in Section 5.
• Masking your real location with a VPN or similar to reach BK666 from a region where it isn't allowed.

09 Responsible gaming

Staying in control should be easy, so the controls are built right into the account and switch on the moment you want them. Keeping play safe and sensible matters to us, and these tools are how we back that up.

• Deposit limits: Cap your deposits by day, week or month. Lowering a cap is instant; raising one waits out a 7-day cooling-off period first.
• Session limits: Decide how long a session can run. Hit that mark and we'll flag it, then log you out automatically if you don't respond.
• Cooling-off: Step away for as long as you pick, anywhere from 24 hours to 6 weeks. While it's on, you can't log in or deposit.
• Self-exclusion: Shut yourself out for good. Once set, it holds for at least 6 months with no way back, and we send you no promotional messages during it.
• Reality checks: Switch on periodic nudges that show how long you've been playing and how much you've staked this session.

10 Privacy & data

How we handle your personal data is set out in full in our privacy policy, over on the BK666 privacy policy page. Using BK666 means you're agreeing to the collection and processing described there.

• We gather personal data to run your account, verify identity, head off fraud and make the platform better to use.
• Your data is not sold, and it isn't passed to third parties for their marketing.
• When the law requires it, we may share data with payment processors, identity verifiers and regulators.

11 Account closure

Either side can close the account whenever they choose, subject to the points below.

• To close yours by choice, reach the support team on live chat or by email. Once your identity is verified, whatever real-money balance is left goes back to your registered payment method.
• An account that breaches these Terms can be suspended or shut for good, and we don't have to warn you first.
• Close an account for a breach and the bonus funds plus anything won from them are forfeited. If fraud or laundering is in the picture, the real-money balance can be held too until we've finished investigating.
• Twelve straight months with no activity and an account may be flagged dormant. We'll try to reach you before any inactivity policy kicks in.

12 Limitation of liability

BK666 is offered "as is". We don't promise the platform will always be up, will never throw an error, or will suit any particular purpose you have in mind.

• Unless our own direct negligence caused it, we aren't liable for lost winnings, lost data or other losses that come from a technical fault, an outage or a platform error.
• Losses you bring on yourself by breaking these Terms aren't ours to cover, and that includes losses from an account suspended for a breach.
• For any one event, the most we'll ever owe a player is capped at what that player deposited in the 30 days beforehand.
• None of this wipes out our liability for fraud, gross negligence, or anything the law says can't be excluded.

13 Changes to these Terms

These Terms can be updated at any time. When they are, the new version goes up on this page and the "Last updated" date at the top changes to match.

If a change is a big one, we'll tell registered players by email or an in-platform notice. Carry on using BK666 after the update and you've accepted it. Don't agree with the new version? Stop using the platform and contact support to close the account.
